My Dearesttakes place during the Qing invasion of Joseon and pulls no punches in its depiction of this period and the many struggles people faced. The series stars Namkoong Min as Lee Jang-hyun and Ahn Eun-jin as Yoo Gil-chae, a couple who falls in love as the world falls apart.
