The scene when her younger self, Sue, is ‘born’ from a slit in Elisabeth’s back is gruesome, but it’s the movie’s ending that leaves a lasting impression.Elisabeth uses the serum one last time, resulting in a grotesque hybrid of herself and Sue, and the sight of her detached face crawling onto her Hollywood Walk of Fame star is incredibly disturbing.

While it’s not visually horrendous, the fact that he dumps her blood-stained suitcase in a ditch is genuinely chilling.
