The lawyer claimed that Mike had received the “contraband” through a “small number of torrents/floods” over timeand that they were a “small percentage” of the total searches he had made in that period. The lawyer said that Mike had deleted the content when he discovered it. Mike had more than 7,000 videos or images involving children on his black HP computer seized from his home in Twinsburg, Ohio, during a May 2023 raid.Starcasmnoted that Mike’s IP address was engaged in receiving and distributing such files via BitTorrent between August 18, 2025, and July 06, 2025.
