Mackie could pop up in any other upcoming MCU project for a smaller crossover, but the special event movies will likely reunite Sam with Peter Parker.
While Sam’s assumption of the Captain America role has been quite public, there hasn’t been any explicit acknowledgment of his new role in the MCU. Considering theending ofSpider-Man: No Way Home, he may not even recognize Holland’s Peter when they finally reunite.
