During this year’s Anime Expo, theBleachfranchise received exciting news for the future, such as merchandise, a new video game anda trailer, and a release date for cour 3.

In a video posted by Viz Media, the staff, including the director Hikaru Murata, chief series director Tomohisa Taguchi and producer Yoshihiro Tominaga gave updates on the progress of the anime. Murata revealed thatthe third season of Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War would feature more CGI than in cour 2.
