Jone shared she would like to playFresh’s Noa again, in a continuation that followed her and Mollie (Jonica T. Gibbs) as they hunt down the larger organization behind the harvesting and selling of human meat. InFresh, Noa didn’t have any family, which made her the perfect target for Steve, but she did have her best friend, Mollie, who knew something was wrong and decided to investigate after she couldn’t contact Noa.
Unfortunately, Mollie’s investigation led her to Steve’s (whose real name was Brendan) house, where she learned he was married and his wife, Ann, was involved in his sinister business. Mollie was captured by Steve and used for harvesting, but she, Noa, and another victim named Penny escaped atthe end ofFresh.

Steve was one of the best parts ofFresh, and without him, a sequel wouldn’t have the same impact.

Surely, there’s a whole organization with other butchers and many clients that could take Steve’s place as villain, but a sequel toFreshwouldn’t have the same impact anymore as the audience now knows well what’s going on.
