How James Gunn’s DC Universe Can Add New Layers To Superman & Lex Luthor’s Rivalry
Throughout the manylive-actionSupermanmovies and TV showsthat have come over the last few decades, there have been various approaches to Lex and Clark Kent’s dynamic. WithSupermanhaving Hoult and Corenswet play the respective characters, as the actors are close in age in real life, the DC Universe may be taking the long run with Lex and his hatred for the Man of Steel. Given the long history they have in the comics, the Lex and Superman rivalry could be fleshed out to last for several years in the new franchise.
WithGunn’s DC Universe, this could also be the first movie franchise to finally have Lex perhaps even take Superman on physically.
