Naruto healed himself when Sasuke stabbed him with a Chidori, and did so again when Shikamaru was about to die. Kurama’s chakra can amplify regeneration, but cannot regrow limbs, which is why Naruto had to use a prosthetic arm after the end of his series.
However, Jura did not specify how Himawari’s healing capabilities exceed those of jinchurikis and humans. One possibility is the speed at which she recovers and can heal others. Jura snapped her leg in two and as soon as she started using Kurama’s chakra, her leg was back to normal.
