The footage starts with a speech from Harrison Ford’s Thunderbolt Ross. He focuses on the giant Celestial that is sticking out of the ocean, talking about how countries tried to rush and claim it for them. Research facilities have been set up to explore the resources found on the Celestial. Ross then makes a major announcement for the MCU, saying, “Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Adamantium.” Ross says Captain America is responsible for the US having its own Adamantium. Ross then tells Sam his success is why he wants Cap to rebuild the Avengers. Ross transforms into the Red Hulk in front of the White House.

The San Diego Comic-Con footage confirmed that was the case, as Harrison Ford’s Thunderbolt Ross revealed what has happened with the Celestial since it was last seen inEternals. Tiamut will serve as the MCU’s way of bringing in Adamantium,Deadpool & Wolverine’s multiversal plot aside.
That should be how the MCU sets up its own version of Wolverine whenever Hugh Jackman retires from the role. Ross reveals in the footage that several nations are trying to secure the Adamantium for themselves, and that could lead to a surge in violence, as the metal can be very dangerous in the wrong hands, such as that of the Serpent Society or the Leader.
The newCaptain America: Brave New Worldfootage also brought along a shocking moment. As Ross addressed the public in front of the White House, the President of the United States transformed into the Red Hulk. This means Ross' alter ego will not be secret as speculated. At CinemaCon, footage from the movie revealed that Ross asks Sam to rebuild the Avengers, with the newCaptain America: Brave New Worldteaser explaining that is due to Sam securing Adamantium for the United States, which gets Ross to trust him.
