One Snapchat feature that’s become an integral part of users’ everyday lives is Snapstreaks. It’s fun sharing snaps or keeping streaks with your circle of friends. But it gets tiring selecting each friend to send a Snap to.
Snapchat knows this and has given us shortcuts to create a unique Snapstreaks list. Now, you can share snaps with all your groups of friends or family with ease. Here’s how!
How to Create a Snapstreaks Shortcut
Shortcuts are great because you can select all your friends with a simple tap, and it makes it easier to keep your snapstreaks going. To create a shortcut, you’ll need to open the Snapchat app on your phone and take aSnap. Then tapSend Toat the bottom right of your screen. This will take you to your contact list on Snapchat.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a couple of icons under the search bar. Tap on+icon in the far-right to create a shortcut. Select all the friends or groups of friends you wish to have under this shortcut and tapCreate Shortcut. It’ll then prompt you toChoose an Emojito name this shortcut. Type in the emoji you want to be assigned to that shortcut, and finally, tapCreate Shortcutonce more.
But if you do not want to take a Snap before creating your shortcut list, here’s what to do. Open Snapchat and tap theChatsicon at the bottom of your screen. Then tap the three dots in the top-right corner to reveal a list of options. SelectNew Shortcutand follow the steps given above.
How To Edit Your Shortcuts List
After creating your shortcuts list, you may want to add or remove some people or even delete your list entirely. To edit your shortcut lists, openSnapchatand take aSnap. TapSend Toat the bottom of the page and tap the+icon. You will see your shortcuts here. Select the one you’d like to edit.

Keep Streaks Easily With Snapchat Shortcuts
So now, whenever you want to send streaks, you can do so easily. Just take a snap, tap the shortcut emoji, select everyone in that list, and hit send. You can also create multiple shortcuts for your different groups of friends.
