It’s pretty simple to reset your Google Nest Hub; all you need to do is press and hold both volume buttons on the right side (back of the screen) for 10 seconds using two fingers. When you do so, theDevice will be factory reset in 10 secondsmessage will appear on the screen.
The Google Nest Hub will also warn you vocally, saying,“You’re about to completely reset this device; release to cancel.”After 10 seconds of holding both buttons, the Google Nest Hub screen will turn off. After a few seconds, it will turn on again, showing its startup screen.
With that, your Google Nest Hub is now reset. You then need toset up your Google Nest Hubas if it were a new device to use it again.

Also, note that you cannot use your voice or the Google Home app for this process. You need physical access to your Google Nest Hub and press the volume buttons at the back of the device to initiate the factory reset process.
