To get started, you have to create an account on Soundful. Don’t worry—it’s completely free unless you choose to upgrade to Premium. After signing up, log in on the website, and you’ll find yourself on theHomepage. Proceed with the following:
ATrackis a full-length song, while aLoopis a set of sounds (usually quite short) that repeats, which you’re able to add to a track to add a little flavor.

After choosingTrackorLoops, you’re met with a variety of genres to choose from.Trackswill offer you the following options:

Next, decide on aTemplate. The templates are like sub-categories within the genres, and they have their own specifications. Keep in mind that the track needs to follow certain characteristics to fall within the chosen genre, so tweaking is limited. For example, if you chooseEDM, you cannot put the BPM below 118 if you’re generating aMelodic Technotrack, because going beyond that range would mean it no longer falls in that subset.
Once you’ve adjusted the elements, clickCreate Previewand wait a few seconds for Soundful to generate a song. You can tweak the track as many times as you like, remembering to clickCreate Previeweach time to apply the changes. You can also generate an entirely new track by clickingCreate New Previewin the bottom right corner.

Saving and Downloading a Track
When you’re done creating your track, you can go ahead and clickSave. But first, remember to give your composition aTrack Name.
Now that your track is saved, click onMy Libraryin the left dashboard menu and find your track underCreations, then proceed with the following:
Soundful will now render and download the track, which could take up to 10 minutes but is typically quicker. You’ll receive an email once the track is downloaded. While you wait, have a look at some otherfree AI music generatorsthat you can use to create original songs.
When the track is ready, open the email and click onDownload Now. The link will take you back to Soundful’s platform, and you will find the song inMy LibraryunderDownloads:
