Organizing PDF Pages in Adobe Acrobat

Inserting and Replacing Pages in Adobe Acrobat
To insert a new page, click theInserticon at the top and choose a document to insert from. You can also click the empty padding between two pages to bring up the insert menu.
You can insert pages from your computer, your clipboard, a web page, a scanner, or just insert a blank page. The new pages don’t have to be from another PDF document necessarily. They can be in any text format, including .docx, .xlsx, .html, .txt, and more.

Once you’ve picked a file to insert from, you’ll have to choose where to insert the new pages. Select a page in the original document, then check whether you want to insert the pages before or after the selected page. ClickOKto insert the new pages to your document.
You can also replace a range of pages in your PDF file with pages from another document. The second document must be a PDF as well.

To do so, select the pages you want to replace and then click theReplaceicon. This will open a dialog where you can pick which pages to replace and which pages to replace them with. ClickOKto replace the pages.
Note that this feature only works for single pages or ranges and doesn’t work for multiple individual pages.
