Last readers saw Colleen Wing, she and Dr. Morbius had promptly freed themselves from their shackles and had made an attempt to flee to their freedom. When they escaped their subterranean confines, the heroes were met with a densely packed office lobby filled with the creatures of the night. Colleen and Morbius tried to fight their way out, butthe battle shortly ended when Colleen was bitten by the local vampires’ leader.Morbius reluctantly agreed to assist the fiends in their own mission to find a cure, so long as he could save Colleen first.
The Amazing Spider-Man: Blood Hunt#3 reveals that Colleen Wing’s fate may be too late. When Spidey and the gang find their way inside the base of their friend’s captors, Misty Knight splits off to continue her own role in the mission.
