The Nvidia App is now available for the general public after spending around nine months in the beta testing stage. This software combines the GeForce Experience and the Nvidia Control Panel into one app, making it easier for you to update your GPU with the latest GeForce Game Ready and Nvidia Studio drivers and optimize your games.

What’s New With the Nvidia App?

TheNvidia App lets you easily customize GPU settingsper game title or across your entire PC with the Graphics tab. This allows you to change individual settings, like turning on Vertical Sync, setting a Max Frame Rate, or picking a Low Latency Mode. And if you want to get under the hood of your GPU, you can head on to the System tab to configure your Displays, Video, Performance, and even view the details of your computer under My Rig.

However, there are still a few missing options, including Surround and custom resolutions, which the company says will arrive in future updates. So, you shouldn’t uninstall the Nvidia Control Panel just yet.

The biggest change that many gamers are looking forward to, though, is the improvements on the Nvidia overlay. It’s now much easier to use, appearing as a sidebar on the left side of your main monitor. Furthermore, you can easily disable the GeForce overlay on the Nvidia App with a couple of clicks—no more need todig through menus just to turn off the GeForce Overlayif you’re not a fan of the feature.

Aside from the usual statistics overlay, screen recording, and screenshot functions, Nvidia also added Instant Replay that lets you record short clips depending on the length that you set. And if you’re playing a compatible game, Highlights will automatically save key gaming moments in a video, ensuring you never miss those exciting kills and saves. Photo Mode is another highlight, which lets you change camera angles and more in compatible titles.

It’s also now much easier to find other Nvidia apps, like GeForce Now, Nvidia Broadcast, and FrameView, directly from within the Nvidia App, which you’ll find below your game Library in the Home tab.

With all these features, Nvidia is making the Nvidia App the only one you need to manage your GPU and play games. It’s also useful for creators, and the Redeem tab makes it easier to redeem coupon code and rewards from the company.

Nvidia also claims that the Nvidia App is faster and more responsive than GeForce Experience, and its interface is far more intuitive and user-friendly. Installing it won’t take long—around 15 minutes should be more than enough to get you on Nvidia’s latest app. So,download the Nvidia Appdirectly from the Nvidia website today and enjoy all these features on your gaming PC or laptop.
